No win no fee claims company National Accident Helpline is giving Scottish injury claimants ease-of-access to an injury and accident claims service that has been established successfully in the UK since 1993.
The company has launched a dedicated web page for Scottish claimants and increased service capacity.
Adam Rhodes, commercial director of National Accident Helpline, said: “We have been working with Scottish law firms to ensure we cover the whole of Scotland. Scottish law is different to English law, so the new web page is designed to help people who are unsure of how the legal process works and to answer questions on how they can claim the compensation to which they are entitled. They may feel overwhelmed by the idea of claiming against their employer or a large organisation such as a company or local authority.”

Peter Rippington, 59, was killed and dozens of others injured when the bus rolled down a 10ft ditch near the northern city of Reims , early on Sunday morning.
Initial tests on the coach driver, who received minor injuries, showed he was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
French police are believed to be investigating whether he might have fallen asleep at the wheel. Police confirmed it was raining at the time of the crash.
The group were returning from a half-term holiday in Italy's popular Valle d'Aosta skiing region on two coaches owned by Solus Coaches , based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Mr Rippington's wife Sharon and daughter Amy were also injured in the crash, which involved 29 pupils from Alvechurch Church of England Middle School in Worcestershire.
It is not known how many of the seriously injured were children, but hundreds of messages of support have been left on Twitter for a schoolgirl named Suzie who was said to be in a coma.
