Mother and Two Children Injured in Fullerton Pedestrian Accident By: Callahan & Blaine www.litigation-update.com A mother and her two children, ages 6 and 9, were seriously injured after being hit by a car while in a Fullerton crosswalk, according to a news report. Fullerton police said that the mother, her six-year-old son and nine-year-old daughter had just left Beechwood Elementary School and were in a marked crosswalk at Rolling Hills Drive near Puenta Street when they were hit by a Ford Focus. The driver, a 90-year-old Fullerton woman, continued to drive through the crosswalk and traveled several hundred yards before hitting a tree. She was taken to a hospital in critical condition. The mother and her two children, all of Fullerton, were taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
