Kinny Wong, owner of China Ruby, recounted the night of Jan. 23, hours before a Maynard woman rammed her car into the side of a building on Walnut Street and then fled the scene on foot, leaving the car embedded in the building. Police found the woman at her home where she was arrested for driving while under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
