Yesterday, I was driving down a residential street going the normal speed limit when this driver pulls out without looking from a driveway. I blew my horn and swivel to tried to keep from hitting the car. We both hit each other. He moved his car back in the driveway. I asked the driver why did he move his car back. He lied and say that he did not move his car. When the officer came he lied and say I was speeding which was untrue. I told him again

One boy remains critically injured at the University of Utah Hospital, and another boy who was in the SUV is in fair condition at Intermountain Medical Center.
