No one advocates suing anyone unless they suffered from improper or negligent care. A wrongdoer is obligated to compensate an injured victim for the harm they caused. That basic tenet of our society dates back to biblical times.
It would also be helpful to educate the people who are reading these comments instead of calling people names. You mentioned that a CT scan is not required in every case. Please explain why, as well as your credentials. Also explain why a guide may not be necessary. Then maybe you can also explain why this maimed individual should not have been fully compensated for the injuries he suffered because of this dentist’s improper care and treatment.

The funeral service of 18-year-old Ramarley Graham was held at a Bronx church on Saturday, reported WNYC (2/18/2012). The Bronx teen was gunned down by police inside his home in early February.
New York civil rights violation lawyer David Perecman agrees with a number of mourners that the killing appeared to be unjustified.
According to the New York Daily News (2/18/2012), Graham was killed by an officer from the NYPD’s narcotics unit who believed he spotted a gun in Graham's waistband and followed him to his family’s apartment. Graham was shot in the bathroom after police stormed the home. He was unarmed when police shot him and no weapons were found.
“Based on the reports, it’s alarming that a police officer felt it was appropriate to shoot,” said New York civil rights violation lawyer Perecman, founder of The Perecman Firm, one of New York’s civil rights violation law firms.
