I accidentally came across an interesting page on the Queensland Law Society website.
They are basically discussing whether a swearing, verbally abusive lawyer is a valid cause for complaint. The answer is, surprisingly, ‘yes’.

MATT WORDSWORTH: Dennis Ward lives in Fernvale, one of the first towns downriver from the Wivenhoe Dam, and now represents many of those whose homes were flooded last January.
He's sat in on the inquiry and doesn't like what he's heard from the dam engineers.
DENNIS WARD: Certainly doesn't give me a lot of confidence, I guess, in how they manage the dams.
My opinion is things could have been done better and certainly I think those releases could've been managed a lot better to ensure that we didn't go through what we went through.
