I have a lump on the back of my neck on the right side, It's hard and painful when I turn my head?
Also the bottom right side of my head hurts (right above the lump) and I get pain on my right shoulder as well... Any suggestions? Its been like this for a week? I am trying to to avoid to go to the doctors because of insurance purposes and financial reasons!!!
